Echolead is a free live-events tracker for Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. They're deliberately short — if something here isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it.

Accepting These Terms

By using echolead.live you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You don't need an account to browse — but if you sign in, submit an event, or claim a profile, these terms cover that too.

What Echolead Is — and Isn't

Echolead is an aggregator. We collect event listings automatically from public venue and ticket-vendor websites and present them in one place, free of charge. We don't charge for listings and we don't take a cut of anything.

We do not sell tickets. We are not the promoter, the venue, or the ticket seller for any event on this site. Every "Get Tickets" link sends you to the venue or to the official seller, and your purchase is a transaction between you and them under their terms — including their rules on refunds, cancellations, fees, and entry.

Accuracy of Listings

Listings are gathered by software from other people's websites and refreshed daily. Dates move, shows get cancelled, doors change, prices change, and sources make mistakes that we faithfully copy. We work to keep listings accurate, but we can't guarantee that any detail on this site is correct or current.

Confirm with the venue or the official ticket seller before you travel, buy, or plan around a listing. If you spot something wrong, tell us — there's a report option on every event, or email [email protected].

Your Account

Signing in is passwordless: we email you a single-use link. Keep that link to yourself — anyone who has it can sign in as you. Give us an email address you actually control, and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. We can suspend or close an account that's being used to abuse the site.

Events You Submit

Anyone signed in can submit an event. Submissions are reviewed by a moderator before they're published, and we may edit, decline, or later remove any submission — usually because it's a duplicate, unverifiable, not a live event, or already covered by a venue we track.

Only submit information you have the right to share, and make sure it's accurate. By submitting, you give us permission to publish and display it on Echolead and in the pages, feeds, and digests built from our listings. You keep whatever rights you had in it.

Venue & Artist Claims

If you run a venue or perform as an artist, you can claim that profile to manage its information. Claims are verified before approval, and claiming means you represent that you're authorised to act for that venue or artist. We can decline a claim, ask for more proof, or revoke a claim later if the verification turns out to be wrong or the relationship ends. A claimed profile doesn't give you control over which events we list or how they're ranked.

Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• Post anything false, misleading, unlawful, hateful, or someone else's to post.
• Claim a venue or artist profile you have no connection to.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish our listings wholesale, or hammer the site with automated traffic. If you want the data, ask us.
• Try to break, probe, or get around the site's security or moderation.
• Use the site to send spam or to harvest other people's contact details.

We may remove content or block access if any of this happens.

Intellectual Property

The Echolead name, design, code, and the way we organise and present listings belong to us. You're welcome to browse, link to, and share individual pages — a link is always fine.

Event details, posters, artist images, and venue information come from the venues, promoters, and ticket vendors who published them, and remain theirs. We display them to describe and point to the events. If you own material shown here and want it removed, email [email protected] and we'll take it down.

Third-Party Links

Ticket and event links take you to external sites such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, and individual venue pages. We don't operate those sites, we don't control what they charge or promise, and once you leave Echolead their terms and privacy policies apply.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Echolead is provided as-is and as-available, free of charge. We don't promise the site will always be up, complete, or error-free, and we make no warranties about the listings themselves.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or your reliance on a listing — a missed or cancelled show, a wrong time or venue, a ticket bought elsewhere, or a third-party site's conduct. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
