Each session is designed by artists, offering a welcoming space to learn new skills, share experiences, and connect across generations. Activities encourage personal expression and joyful creativity; to build self-confidence and a sense of wellbeing. Places are strictly limited to 15 participants maximum and open to women above 50+.
