Dance Exercise Class for Over 50s Wednesday 9th September – Wednesday 2nd December (No session 28th October) 10:15am – 11:15am Weekly: £6 A wonderful opportunity to take part in a low-intensity dance exercise workshop. This session teaches basic dance routines using simple movement for those 50yrs+. We encourage you to go at your own pace with different options embedded into the class.
