Dance Exercise Class for Over 50s Wednesdays 29th April – 15th July (No session 27th May) 10.15am-11.15am 50+ yrs Weekly: £6 * Alternate Venue: On Wednesday 13th May the session will take place at the Dance in Motion Studio (Byre Court, Sandy’s Rd, Malvern WR14 1JJ)* A wonderful opportunity to take part in a low-intensity dance exercise workshop. This session teaches basic dance routines using simple movement for those 50yrs+. We encourage you to go at your own pace with different options embedded into the class.
